  • Smell things around: If you are still a beginner and you are motivated to learn all the scents, you can start by smelling things around you. You will find it delightful as you learn the smell and scents of aromatic things surrounding you. While you are in the streets, you can consider smelling coffees, herbs, chocolate, teas, mangoes and many more.
  • Sniff it out: If you want to smell wood notes, you can go to furniture stores and sniff a wooden chest. If you are drawn into leather, you can buy new leather purse and smell its inside.
  • Cook it: Everything has a smell. Even the garlic and the onion you are cooking. The next time you cook, slice an orange or lemon and smell it. You can also consider peaches and plums which are popular fruits used in many perfumes.

  • Smell the classics: Some scents now are reformulated. The classic or the reformulated perfumes are still costly. If you hone your nose to some of the classics, you will find an inspiration. However, do not feel obligated. You do not need to love the classics if you do not like it.
  • Dab or spray perfume: The next best thing that you can do is dab or spray perfume in strategic locations. For example, you can put it on both arms or your pulse points. You can also dab or spray it at the base of your neck. Try it.

Now that you know how, the next thing that you should do is identify your perfume profile. What does this mean? When you were you child, you vaguely remember the scents of your neighbourhood or your garden. This will influence your taste when you become an adult. You only need to learn the kinds of performs that you are drawn to then make something out of it.

There are lots of perfume categories and clans. It is a joy to discover each one of them. Singaporeans are fond of perfume and if you want to share this information, you can do so. Your fellow Singaporean will surely understand their perfume profile and they will learn how to use their nose. If it turned out that you want to make your own scent, you are free to do that.

Knowing Your Limitation in Your Work

Posted on October 20, 2014 by Editor Posted in Work and Employment .

In a company, the one that you should bow down is you manager or if the manager has a boss, you should automatically respect him as your boss. You should know your limitations on how to talk or to act to your boss. Sometimes, you will talk to him like you are close friends. There might be instances that you and your boss are close friends.

However, you should always know that personal life is different from professional life. You should learn how to set aside matters about personal life and work. When you just let personal and professional life go together, there is a possibility that both of you will be affected. Not only that, it would also affect your business particularly in finance.

relationship-at-work

Do not let this happen. Make a clever way to know your responsibilities as a worker and not as a friend because if you pursue what you want, you will never grow. On the other hand, if your boss is not connected to you or you have no near connections to him, acting like you are close with them is somehow showing disrespect.

Although they act like they are so close to you, always remember that it is their job to make you feel that you belong in the company. However, you can still be close to them whenever they have gained your trust. Just know your limitations and avoid getting in touch to him after work. You can have contact with him but be sure that you only talk about work.

LG Mobile Conceals New Unlocking System

Posted on October 3, 2014 by Editor Posted in Tech News .

In fact, it has become so smart that it can be used to check your bank accounts and your work emails. Indeed, nothing compares to mobile phones. If you do not have one, it is time that you look for one and make sure that it is updated.

There are many mobile phones here in Singapore. There are many Singaporeans who constantly change mobile phones just to keep up. Speaking of keeping up, have you heard about LG’s new unlocking technology? The capabilities of mobile phones have broadened thus maintaining privacy and security is difficult. If you store information in your mobile devices, you have to refer to LG’s new unlocking system.

So, here are some things you need to know about LG’s unlocking system:

lg-knock-code

  • Upgraded version: The new unlocking system is the upgraded version of the well-accepted KnockOn. This new unlocking system is otherwise known as Knock Code.
  • Wake and unlock the phone: With the new unlocking system, users can now wake their mobile phones at the same time unlocking it. Users can simply tap it. Knock Code is proud because it can ease the process of unlocking securely and conveniently.
  • Features: When you compare this to the conventional pattern and number-based lock systems, Knock Code is different. The ease is there because users can simply tap the screen and it can be done blindly. Knock Code is a technology that will provide users with customized knock patterns. LG developed an exceptional algorithm as well as patented technology.
  • How does it work? The screen is divided into 4 quadrants which the user can tap to form his/her pattern. LG believes that it will be hard for outsiders to bypass this kind of security system. If you consider fingerprint or other recognition systems that use biometrics, it is still vulnerable to security threats. Initially, LG devices that embrace the technology include LG Pro 2 and G2. To date, there are other LG products that utilize the technology like L series III, L40, L70, L80 and the LG G2.

For security freaks like you, the new unlocking system is a good one. Its ease and convenience are big factors. If you need more information, you can always visit stores near you or better yet, you can ask your friends, workers and other people about it.
