When you are a businessman, always see to it that your employees are happy doing their work and make them happier by giving them bonuses. Try to put yourself on their shoes and feel what they feel.
Company Environment
There are people who are just boastful about their position and they have the tendency to get mad on you just to know that he has higher position than you. Get rid of these people while it is early. These people are hindrances to your success so get away from them because when you go and work in a company that has this kind of individual, you’ll have migraine. Not only that, your day will always be bad.
